Setting so close to the city centre, and the university campus. Early check-in.

Great location close to town centre and the university campus, and the room was big. Beds of our apartment where extremely comfy.

I stayed for 2 nights and it was pleasant.

Location was magnificent and unbeatable, close enough to the town centre, the garden with champagne, and the university campus. Very helpful staff, they were always near.

We will come back, really enjoyed it very much. Thank you very much for excellent stay, having setting in the middle of the city. The people working there are affable, have a big heart.

We stayed 8 nights here, yet it was a REALLY REALLY NICE experience. Check-in was early. Marvellous location, 15 minutes' walk from Space, loved it.

Great central location, just a short walk to the city center and all its attractions. the spacious apartment was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a romantic escape. the private parking was a convenient addition, allowing us to explore the area without worrying about finding a parking spot.

The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing, with stained sheets and signs of it not being properly cleaned. Communication with the staff was also poor, as we didn't receive a response to our messages and emails regarding the issues we encountered.

The early check-in was a major plus as it allowed us to start our day right away. the building itself had a charming and well-maintained classical feel to it. the apartment was spacious and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. the location was perfect for us, just a short 5-minute walk to the city center. the price was also very reasonable considering all the amenities offered.

There were a few issues during our stay. there was a loud electrical buzz coming from the boiler room that we couldn't turn off, which was quite bothersome.

I recently stayed at The Broderick and it was the best serviced apartment I've ever rented in Leeds. The location is ideal, staff were friendly and went out of their way to help when my car broke down. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained. The off-street parking was a huge bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

The value for money at Broderick At Claremont was exceptional; we got a huge and comfortable apartment at a perfect price. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the city centre. The staff were friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist us.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.
